Welcome to Ionra. By placing an order through Ionra, you agree to the following Shipping & Refund Policy.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Processing times may be extended during holidays, product launches, sales events, supply chain delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped.
2. Shipping
Ionra ships to locations offered at checkout.
Delivery estimates are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Ionra's control.
Ionra is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
3. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.
Ionra is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
4. Lost Packages
A package will be considered lost only after confirmation from the shipping carrier or after a reasonable investigation period.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, Ionra may provide a replacement product or refund at its sole discretion.
Customers must contact Ionra within 14 days of the expected delivery date regarding lost shipments.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Customers must inspect their order upon delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact Ionra within 7 days of delivery and provide:

Upon verification, Ionra may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.
6. Refund Eligibility
Ionra generally does not offer refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse

Accidental purchases

Incorrect item selection by the customer

Change of mind

Orders delayed by the carrier

Normal wear and tear

Products damaged due to misuse, modification, or improper installation
Refunds may only be issued if:

The customer receives the wrong item;

The order is confirmed lost and cannot be delivered;

A refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
7. Returns
Returns are only accepted when authorized by Ionra.
Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender.
Customers may be required to return the item before a replacement or refund is issued.
8. Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact Ionra first to attempt resolution before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be disputed with supporting documentation including shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, and customer communications.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ionra's liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product ordered.
Ionra shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from shipping delays, carrier errors, or use of any product purchased from Ionra.
