Welcome to Ionra (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or purchasing from ionra.shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or purchase any products.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, placing an order, creating an account, or using any services provided by Ionra, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the website and may not purchase any products.

2. Products and Services

Ionra sells aftermarket parts, accessories, apparel, decals, and related products intended primarily for off-road, competition, custom, or recreational vehicle applications.

You are solely responsible for:

Ensuring product compatibility with your vehicle
Proper installation
Legal use under all applicable local, state, and federal laws

Product images, descriptions, specifications, and availability are provided for convenience and may change without notice. We do not guarantee that any product is suitable for your specific intended use.

3. Preorder Items

Certain products may be offered as preorder items.
Preorder items may take approximately 2–8 weeks to ship, depending on manufacturing, supplier, and shipping timelines.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and accept that delivery times are estimates only and may be longer due to production delays, shipping carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control. Ionra is not liable for any delays in the fulfillment of preorder items.

4. Vehicle Modification & Safety Disclaimer

Many products sold by Ionra are designed for off-road, competition, or custom applications and are not intended for street-legal use in all jurisdictions.

The installation or use of aftermarket parts may:

Affect vehicle performance, handling, and safety
Void manufacturer warranties
Violate local, state, or federal laws or regulations
Increase the risk of serious injury, disability, death, property damage, or accidents

You assume all risks associated with the purchase, installation, possession, and use of any product sold by Ionra.

5. Assumption of Risk

Riding electric bikes, motorcycles, scooters, and modified vehicles involves inherent and significant risks, including but not limited to serious bodily injury, permanent disability, death, property damage, and financial loss.

By purchasing any product from Ionra, you expressly and voluntarily assume all risks arising from or related to:

The purchase, installation, use, misuse, or inability to use the product
Any modification made to your vehicle
Any accident, injury, or damage that occurs while using the product

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for determining whether a product is safe and appropriate for your intended use.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Ionra, its owners, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and suppliers shall not be liable for any:

Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
Personal injury, death, or property damage
Any damages arising from product use, misuse, improper installation, or modification

In all cases, Ionra’s total liability arising out of or related to any product or these Terms shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if Ionra has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such cases, the above limitations shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Installation Responsibility

All products should be installed by qualified individuals. Ionra is not responsible for:

Improper installation
Improper maintenance
Product misuse
Customer modifications
Any damage, injury, or loss resulting from incorrect installation, operation, or maintenance

8. No Warranty – “AS IS” Sale

Except where prohibited by law, all products and services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

Ionra expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Title
Any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade

Custom, engraved, personalized, made-to-order, or special-order products are sold AS IS and are final sale unless otherwise required by law.

9. Product Use Restrictions

You agree not to use any product in a manner that:

Violates any applicable law or regulation
Endangers yourself or others
Exceeds manufacturer recommendations or safe operating practices
Is inconsistent with the product’s intended design

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed exclusively by Ionra’s separate Return Policy. Ionra reserves the right to deny any return that does not strictly comply with the Return Policy.

11. Order Cancellation

Ionra reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or limit any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to orders involving pricing errors, inventory issues, suspected fraud, or abuse.

12. Shipping

Shipping estimates are provided for convenience only. Ionra is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, labor issues, or any events beyond our reasonable control. Preorder items are subject to the timelines stated in Section 3.

13. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, product photos, graphics, content, designs, and materials on the website are the exclusive property of Ionra unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ionra and its owners, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

Your purchase, use, misuse, or modification of any product
Your violation of these Terms
Any injury, death, property damage, or loss related to products purchased from Ionra
Any claim brought by a third party arising from your actions

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or any purchase from Ionra shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

16. Changes to Terms

Ionra reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent changes. Continued use of the website or purchase of products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ionra regarding your use of the website and purchase of products.
