Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compatibility, installation, and legal use of products purchased from Ionra.

3. Vehicle Modification Disclaimer

Many products sold by Ionra are intended for off-road, competition, or custom vehicle applications.

The installation or use of aftermarket parts may:

Affect vehicle performance.
Affect manufacturer warranties.
Affect compliance with local, state, or federal laws.
Increase the risk of injury, damage, or accidents.

Customers assume all risks associated with installation and use of any products purchased from Ionra.

4. Assumption of Risk

By purchasing products from Ionra, you acknowledge that riding electric bikes, motorcycles, and modified vehicles involves inherent risks including serious injury, disability, death, property damage, and financial loss.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the purchase, installation, possession, and use of any product sold by Ionra.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

IONRA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

IONRA'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ASSERTED.

6. Installation Responsibility

Products should be installed by qualified individuals.

Ionra is not responsible for:

Improper installation.
Improper maintenance.
Product misuse.
Modifications performed by customers.
Damage resulting from incorrect installation or operation.

7. No Warranty on Custom Products

Custom, engraved, personalized, made-to-order, or special-order products are sold AS IS unless otherwise required by law.

Due to the nature of custom products, all sales are final.

8. Product Use

Customers agree not to use products in a manner that:

Violates any law.
Endangers others.
Exceeds manufacturer recommendations.
Is inconsistent with safe operating practices.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by Ionra's separate Return Policy.

Ionra reserves the right to deny returns that do not comply with the Return Policy.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties
