I am writing to report missing hardware and damage to the components received. The shipment lacked the required nuts for the bolts, and only two titanium bolts were provided instead of the four ordered. I contacted you on Wednesday but have not yet received a response. Additionally, the parts arrived scratched, as they were protected only by a single layer of plastic during transit.
Ship what you sell, stop being a shady rip off company. You didn’t give us the bolts that it very clearly states comes with it. And it took over a month to ship. Terrible company.
It has been 16 days since I placed the remainder of my order, and it still has not shipped.
Didnt even ship out my clamps, after 2 months
