I appreciate the handlebars; however, they arrived with scratches resulting from insufficient packaging. They were wrapped only in a thin layer of plastic, which is disappointing given that they are new components. I sent a text message on Wednesday 9/23/26 but have not yet received a response.
I ordered them on September 13, still haven’t came and I have only been provided with a shipping label and they won’t respond to my emails, texts, or even on tik tok. I’m sure the handlebars will be great but no updates after 14 business while advertising next day shipping is outrageous!!
